OIS-Exporters is the Export Division established in 2010 of Offshore & Industrial Services Limited, Cong Ty TNHH Offshore & Industrial Services established in 2002 as a 100% Foreign Owned Trade/Investment Company, with a Trade/Investment License issued by the Vietnamese Government - Ministry of Trade and Investment. And OIS is the mandate for the Kazakhstan Producer and his products from his associated Refiner
