FINANCIAL TERMS

Origin :           All products are of Kazakhstan Origin.
Quantities :     Quantities stated in the product sheet above can not be exceeded.
Inspection :     SGS or Saybolt or Gost Standard Kazakhstan or Similar inspection companies shall be   utilized at the expense of the seller.

Payment :       Via SWIFT MT 760 SBLC or SWIFT MT 760 SBLC Bank Guarantee) for 100% the monthly shipment Value, Valid for 45 days, payment 100% of monthly shipment at destination Port by SWIFT MT 103 / TT.

           

Unfortunately, We do not accept Documentary Letters of Credit as of now.

Performance Bond : A 2% Bond can be issued by Seller in selected transactions as agreed between both parties.
Proof of Product :      A proof of product will be issued by Seller. (Some selected supporting documents will be issued upfront)
Trial Shipments :       Trial Shipments are obligatory for new clients.

 

 

NOTE: Sending your LOI to receive Offer.

 

The LOI and shall conform to the Sellers Terms & Conditions and must be on Buyer’s letterhead with authorized signatory and stamp.

 

It is mandatory that the document carries the Buyer’s bank and bank officer’s contact information and must carry the Seller’s approved procedures.

 

The names and positions of the Company representative signing the LOI must be clearly indicated. Otherwise, the document has no legal value, for the Sellers Company  to conduct their due diligent requirements, the documents must be fresh (recent date – 7 days old max.)
